Douglas Chrisman

A developer and property manager since 1989, Doug is an expert in the complexities of financing affordable housing and has extensive experience with USDA Rural Development, HUD, and Low-Income Housing Tax Credit properties.

Doug’s expertise and knowledge in all aspects of project financing and accounting has been instrumental to the company’s growth as a respected developer of affordable multifamily housing. His love of the industry and its challenges, as well as his commitment to help associates and colleagues thrive, have ensured the continued success of the company.

Native to Wallowa County, Doug returned to the community after receiving a Bachelor of Science – Accounting from the University of Idaho in 1988, with his wife, Stephanie, and raised four children. He is currently one of the largest employers within the county. He’s never met a stranger and enjoys talking to everyone he meets. Besides working, Doug enjoys boating and fishing at Wallowa Lake, hiking, biking and spending time with his family.

David L. Pace

Vice-President of Asset Management
David joined the Chrisman family business in July 2014. He began his career in the financial services industry and brings over sixteen (16) years of progressive experience from leading global financial services firms including, Morgan Stanley, Merrill Lynch and Wells Fargo and Co.

Prior to working with the Chrisman family, David served as Complex Business Development Manager within Morgan Stanley’s wealth management division, where his team was charged with improving the proficiency of financial advisors, through high impact coaching and practice analysis to over 160+ financial advisors, whom were responsible for stewarding over $16 billion in client assets.

He currently overseas a portfolio of affordable housing properties, representing future preservation and investment opportunities, located in the Greater Pacific Northwest. David is a native of Wallowa County and received a Bachelor of Science degree from Southern Oregon University, majoring in Political Science and a minor in Business Administration.

After his career in the financial services industry, David and his wife Brooke, returned to the community where both were raised, to provide the same opportunity for their two children: Harrison and Hendrix. Outside of work, David enjoys spending time with his family and the outdoors. He is a Certified Financial Planner™, Certified Investment Management Analyst™ and Certified Private Wealth Advisor™.

Kayla R. Chitwood

Project Analyst
Prior to joining the Chrisman organization, Kayla began her career in the financial industry as an assistant bank manager where she was responsible for overseeing the day to day operations of the branch. She became adept in customer service, problem solving, analyzing data, multi-tasking and strategically leading a team to success.

She was recruited by the Chrisman Organization in February of 2019 to assist in maintaining and tracking the performance of assets of affordable housing projects.

Kayla was raised in Wallowa County, Oregon where she and her husband operate their own tire business. Kayla is currently working on obtaining a degree in business administration from Eastern Oregon University.
